FAQ

How long does it take to receive my order?

We typically deliver orders within 2-3 weeks (this includes the processing time and the shipment time). The estimated shipping time varies for different products and is stated in each product description, or you can ask our customer service team. In the event of a sale or during the holidays, customs etc, shipping times may be delayed.  

How can I track my order?

You will receive an email upon creation of the shipping label, which means your order is getting ready to be shipped. You'll receive a link to track your order. International orders will have tracking number uploaded within 7 days of the order being processed. However, it may take up to 10 days after processing for valid tracking data to show.

How can I exchange an item? 

You are welcome to email us at support@customhustle.net to the discuss the exchange and so we can resolve the issue at hand as soon as possible. 

Do you offer refunds? 

If we have made a mistake, such as sending the wrong item, the wrong size or if there is a manufacturer defect, please send pictures and a brief description of the issue at hand to support@customhustle.net and we will replace the item or refund if that is what you would prefer.
